Information we process

UnderLimit does not require you to create an account.

To manage the free compression allowance, UnderLimit uses a small amount of technical information associated with the app installation and App Store transaction environment.

The quota service may store:

• A one-way hashed identifier derived from the App Store app transaction identifier.
• The number or status of free compression uses.
• Information required to determine whether the daily free compression is available.
• Technical operation identifiers used to prevent the same compression from being counted more than once.

The raw App Store transaction identifier is not stored by the UnderLimit quota database.

What is not sent to the quota service

The quota system does not need the contents of your files. In particular, UnderLimit does not send the following to the quota service for compression:

• Your photos
• Your PDF documents
• The contents of those files
• The compressed output files

Purpose of quota information

The technical quota information is used only to operate the free-use system, synchronize usage status and prevent duplicate or invalid compression operations.

It is not used for targeted advertising or for building advertising profiles.

UnderLimit Unlimited and purchases

UnderLimit Unlimited is offered through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple. Delba Labs does not receive or store your payment card details.

UnderLimit may check StoreKit purchase entitlement information provided by Apple in order to determine whether UnderLimit Unlimited is active.

Analytics and advertising

UnderLimit does not include third-party advertising.

The current version of UnderLimit does not use third-party behavioral advertising or invasive analytics SDKs.

Network and service infrastructure

UnderLimit communicates with its quota service over encrypted HTTPS connections.

As with most internet services, infrastructure providers may temporarily process technical network information, such as an IP address, where necessary to transmit, secure and operate the service.

Delba Labs does not use this technical network information for advertising.

Offline use

UnderLimit may temporarily store quota information on your device so that supported operations can continue or synchronize correctly when connectivity changes.

Pending quota information can be synchronized with the quota service when the device is online again.

Support communications

If you contact Delba Labs by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and any information or attachments you include.

This information is used to respond to your support request.

Data retention

Technical quota records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the free-use system, maintain service integrity and resolve technical issues.

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests and maintain support records.

Children's privacy

UnderLimit is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect information for advertising or profiling children.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if UnderLimit's features, services or data practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
